 My Favorite Beauty Hacks 

• Tape
• Nothing is more sleek than a crisp cat eye. If you have hooded eyes like me, its hard to get this effect with eyeliner without smudging the lid. I use tape to solve this problem! I stick the tape to the back of my hand a couple of times to remove some of the adhesive so it doesn't hurt when i pull it off my face. Then I just stick it on the sides of my eyes at an angle. I do my makeup focusing the darker colors close to the tape. When I remove the tape, there is a crisp, clean line giving the cat-eye look.
• Deodorant
• I'm a heavy sweater; especially in the Texas heat! If I have an event outside where I know I will sweat, I apply some sore of antiperspirant. It's purpose is literally to prevent you from sweating and can genuinely be a life saver. Try not to use this tip too often though as it will clog your pores. 
• Chafing Cream
• Monistat Chafing Cream makes the BEST makeup primer. Yes, you read that right. It covers pores like nothing else. I just apply this after I apply moisturizer. It makes my skin look flawless and the foundation sticks to it really well!
• Hemorrhoid Cream
• Applying hemorrhoid cream is a life saver when doing makeup for an event that someone is likely to cry. I use this hack a lot with weddings. I just apply it under the make-up around the eye area. It will prevent the eyes from swelling and becoming red. 
• Lipstick as Blush
• No blush? No problem! Just apply a small amount of lipstick in any shade you like and use a dabbing motion with a sponge to blend it out.
• Hairspray as Setting Spray 
• Spraying a light mist of hairspray over your makeup will keep it in place all day!
