My Harry Potter Makeup

 Slytherin

Most of us are familiar with the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Here is my Halloween look as a Hogwartz student!

Based on the official house test, I belong in Slytherin House. I know what you're thinking but don't worry, while there are some bad Slytherins, there are also some good ones! I decided to embrace this for my costume this year. I purchased a robe, tie, wand, and socks from Spirit Halloween and wanted to go for a sweet schoolgirl look for this attire.

I started with MAC studio fix foundation and used a Sonya Kashuk brush to blend an even canvas on my face. I set it with MAC Skinfinish powder. I then blended Maybelline blush in the shade 'Cotton Candy' used Maybelline bronzer in the shade 'Coconut.'

I wanted something natural looking so I decided not to use eyeshadow but rather use the natural tones I already had on my face. I took my blush and added some pink to the crease of my eye and enhanced it with the bronzer. I love using this technique to get a simple but beautiful look. I took my MAC highlighter and dabbed the inner corner of my eyes, nose and cheekbones to get a glowy look. Then I put on my glasses to pull the look together.

I completed this look with Morphe liquid lip in the shade 'Schoolgirl.'
